Steward Primary Care offers telehealth video visits for patients. Dr. Patel is very thorough and attentive. He takes the time to ask questions, listen to concerns, and discuss treatment options. Patients praise his care and that he will call you personally if something comes up. The office staff is polite, courteous, friendly, and helpful, returning calls in a timely manner. The office environment is clean and professional. Patients highly recommend Steward Primary Care to others.

However I have been told to have a CAT scan and that can’t be performed for over two weeks - so that’s not so good on the Steward medical side.
If you require CAT / MRI it typically means info is needed. Not very good situation to have to wait so long.
I have been a patient of Steward Medical for years anbd have had a few different primary care. However, Dr.Ravi Patel has been my favorite. He is very thorough and i can tell he really does care about the health of his patients. The staff is great as well.
Office staff are polite and return calls in a timely manner. Dr. Patel takes his time and has conversations with you. He will call you personally if something comes up (which is appreciated). Quality office and medical practice staff.
