On Friday July 31, 2020 just after business closing hours we noticed it seemed warm in our house, but didn’t realize how warm it had gotten for another hour or so, as we were working outside. When it was 82 inside I began checking the heating/air conditioning system. I couldn’t see an issue with breakers out or anything so I called the installers (Twin Oaks) from 10 years ago. I left a message and had a call back from the on-call technician shortly. He explained there would be a time lapse until he could get to our home if we wanted the “emergency service” instead of waiting until Monday. I told him that was fine, I knew we were in after service hours, weekend time......but yes please come. I answered his questions about the symptoms and he said that he would come. Within a couple of hours, we found that the blower fan motor had failed and was not functioning at all. Cory and Greg had thought ahead and figured out a way to put in a substitute fan motor that would run continuously, but keep the A/C going until a new replacement could be ordered on Monday. Great job to the quick thinking and keeping us cool in the mean time. Even though the replacement motor came in damaged on the following Tuesday, a new replacement for the damaged one was here on Wednesday and your guys were here to install. Just outstanding service and desire to keep us comfortable was your team’s goal! This is a very satisfied customer, and the reason we selected your for our heating/cooling contractor, as well as having you install our gas generator! Your service is great, thank you! Can't say enough about Cory who works at Twin Oaks. He came to our rescue on Monday. worked on a project they Don't normally work on. He did an amazing job. Very polite, neat and hard working. Thank you sincerely Pam Decker Knapp and Rita Oberholzer
I can't say enough good things about this fantastic company. They drive the extra distance to come see us and take care of our crazy system. I am absolutely terrible with names but the tech today really stuck with it when our furnace was doing that whole work perfectly fine while the tech is here nonsense and found the problem! always professional and even humors the stories of a babbling 4 year old :)
