This has to be the best experience I’ve had in any establishment in my six years of living in Ohio! Usually people don’t wanna help you when you’re calling for parts for your car! Someone took down my number called me back and found a rim that would fit my car. They didn’t just give up once they couldn’t find the exact rim that I wanted. I even got a call this morning letting me know the rim was ready 30 minutes before they told me they would call me. I manage the Boardman, Mattress Firm and customer service means everything to me. I can proudly say that this place went above and beyond for me and I’m truly grateful! Thank you guys!
FIRST TIME GOUNG AFTER NEW OWNERS, STILL HAD TO GO OUT TO DIG OUT MY FRIENDS TIRES THAT SHOULD HAD BEEN BROUGHT UP TO SERVICE DESK WHEN PAID FOR HER JEEP TIRES, INSTEAD GOT ME & MY CLEAN SUV QUITE DIRTY.
Had an issue with some parts I purchased from them but the owner Kristopher worked quickly to come to a resolution and make things right. Stand up folks who I would definitely do business with again.
