A local family owned establishment in the city for years. Passed down from father to son, and the best place in town to get a hair cut. Preserved in time, this place has not changed and has you feeling valued. I come here each year when I attend the reenactment. Great quality work, good price and good conversation.

A lot of barber shops are shying away from the straight razor and when you have a bald head straight razor feels so good on it. Jim's grandfather owned the barbershop and August of 2021 Jim with the same name as his grandfather took over the business. Very sociable, and he does the eyebrows, trims them up and he makes sure your ears are clean no hairs hanging on them definitely an old school 30 year old barber. Very impressed with him. He did a great job on my son's hair.He was very friendly and made my son feel very comfortable.My son doesn't like to have his hair cut and it can become a battle,but said it was a pleasant experience for him and wouldn't mind having his hair cut again.This is a big step for my son!!
