My dog had her checkup shots and teeth cleaned. She required 2 teeth to be extracted. The doctor called twice during the procedure to inform me of her progress and to get my permission. They truly care about animals. My dog was fine afterwards and they also followed up the next day to check on her. She's been seeing Dr. MOSSER and the other vets in the practice for 4 years.
I love Big Creek Vet! I am so grateful and thankful to have Dr. Mosser primarily looking over my babies after Dr. Dill retired. I am also very thankful for Dr Wade, Dr Horch, Dr LoParo and Dr Scherry.
The Vet Techs and Vet Assistants are so professional, kind and compassionate with all of my babies.
And I cannot sing praises to the Reception Desk staff enough! Tracy, Amber, Lori, Marilyn, Julie, Kim, Lee, and Mary Ann are the front lines and heart and soul that I am ever grateful to EVERY time I call.

Everyone is so kind! Marilyn walked me through everything and provided me a sense of peace before even scheduling the appointment. I had called several other veterinarians and no one would give me any sort of information other than here is the price to be seen and we can go from there. I had no idea what to expect or at least a glimpse of what to expect. I am so thankful for the time spent to reduce the anxieties. And am happy to drive the extra 40 mins knowing my cat will be in great hands and under excellent care. Oh, and my Charlie really appreciated the snacks.
