⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Woody’s Towing Service, especially their driver Eric. The security company vehicle broke down on the shoulder of a freeway entrance ramp during my very first shift on the job, and it was a stressful situation with traffic, frustrated drivers, and even a frustrated Columbus police officer trying to help manage things.
Eric came out in the middle of the night while on call, and I truly appreciate his dedication. He was professional, polite, and worked quickly to get everything handled safely. Not only did he take care of the vehicle, but he also made sure I was okay and even gave me a ride back to my location.
This was a very unfortunate morning as I was on my way to work sitting at the traffic light on West Broad and Hilliard Rome when my Jeep was destroyed by another vehicle. I gave woodys a call because I knew they were close by because I ride past them every day. They responded quickly and were there in no time to get my vehicle out of the road. The driver was very friendly, stayed in constant communication with me until he arrived, and made sure I was good after getting the vehicle up on the truck. Woody's was called by UA Police responding to an incident in my yard 1/1/2026. Illegal driver in a vehicle not their own plowed through two yards, destroying mailbox and driving OVER a 1-ton rock. Vehicle debris and fluids were everywhere. I was very impressed by how Woody's took the time to sweep the street, put down oil-dry, collect all the debris (from yards as well as street)...and even nudge the rock back into place. Thorough and professional!
