I am in rehab for a broken leg. Been here for about 10 days. I have never been a patient in a rehab facility, so I'm not sure what normal is like. Each shift has a nurse and a nurse aide as well as other people working on food, physical therapy, cleaning, etc. Food is decent. PT is excellent. The only problem I've had was getting on a regular schedule with my pain killers. This was resolved by Melissa, who is the floor manager in charge of all the nurses and aides. The place is clean and seems to be well managed.
I'm very grateful and I have to express my sincere gratitude to Ms. Tonya the head of housekeeping and maintenance team. No matter how busy she gets Ms. Tonya have always been very respectful, friendly and polite. Whenever I had to get her attention Ms Tonya have always gave me a moment of her valueable time. When I got transported here last year and this year, I didn't have any clothes and she made sure her laundry staff Ms. Kathy and my Wexner Niece Lilly brought me clean clothes that was hung up nicely. If we could give 10 stars, we would. Every person who helped us and cared for our loved one went above and beyond. They treated us with compassion and provided the best care possible. If you need care for yourself or a loved one, this is the first place you should look.
