There's a review on here where the person is upset that the doctor was annoyed by a child that was making a lot of noise during the exam. Please remember that there are ALWAYS (at least) two sides to a story. The doctor may have been trying to communicate to the person that if there turns out to be a problem with the patient's eyeglass prescription..... The doctor may have been trying to communicate that the exam was quite challenging because of the distraction of a crying child. The doctor really needs to be able to concentrate while doing the exam and listen to the patient's answers. I go to this location because of Jessica. She is so friendly and knowledgeable. She always tells me about specials and just makes the experience fun. The entire staff at this location is very friendly. Very fast in and out time.
My kids and I have been going to this eye center for the last 6+ years. We won't go anywhere else! The eye doctor is the best. Staff are always nice. Whenever I have any issues with our glasses, they are quick to fix it. Appointments are usually farther out now because of a couple factors. 1. Before there were 2 doctors and now there's only 1. 2. There's alot more customers because like I said the doctor there is amazing!
