Dr. Steve Njeru, and the entire team, are so wonderful. I was very anxious going in there after not having had an eye exam in at least a decade. Despite my nerves and definite awkwardness, the team took wonderful care of me. Dr. Njeru took the time to explain so much to me as we went through the exam, and he is truly a wonderful doctor. I truly recommend him. The VSP team was very helpful as well, taking the time to explain things to me when I shared that I had never had glasses before. They are all kind, compassionate, and just good people. Highly recommend this team.
Every single person in the clinic were welcoming and the doctor was so knowledgeable! They did dilation on site where you weren’t left blind for a day. Amazing. Charmaine the general manager was helpful and so patient! I recommend this clinic.
I cannot thank them enough! I am from Tennessee in town working for 3 weeks. Scratched one of the lenses of my glasses. I called to see if I could get it replaced. The lady who answered looked me up in the system and reminded me of the warranty that I purchased. She said she would order me a new pair of glasses and put a rush on them. Normally takes 7 to 10 working days to arrive. I called Wednesday and happily super surprised to say that today is Saturday and I just picked them up!
You guys rock! Visionworks you have a customer for life!!
