The staff at Vision One are so helpful! I brought in an outside prescription because they had a better selection of frames than my regular optometrist. Suzie spent a lot of time with me, suggesting frames that might work, and telling me when a particular choice was unflattering. After I picked up the glasses, I kept seeing double and my eyes never adjusted. I took them back in and they checked my prescription and also my old glasses, and Dr. Beals also checked everything even though she didn't write the prescription. I had a 10am appointment today and was treated so rude and nasty and i didn't get seen. The Optometrist Dr. Melissa Vetter was just disgustingly rude to me! I hate leaving this review because Dr. Lori Beals has been amazing to me and my eyes, but the way Iwas treated is unacceptable and honestly if you look like me you should think of another eye doctor. There's a way to speak to people and info them of your new practices. You can not expect people to just know things and you especially can't expect your patients to come with their own mask when SO MANY OTHER DOCOTR, DENTAL AND OPTOMETRIST are PROVIDING MASK! I have received eye exams for myself and children here for the last 5 years. Dr Beals is excellent and provides comprehensive care. I have very much enjoyed the staff who are knowledgeable about their frame inventory and are very helpful in choosing just the right frames for our faces and personal styles. The staff are very pleasant and personable and I highly recommend this office for eye care services and frames.
