Not bad at all. Bluntly put this is a store geared towards a white demographic so if you are a girl with textured hair and want more of the kinds of products we use this might not be the store for you. However, it is decent when you're in a pinch and need to grab a few things like tools, a brush or comb ect.
Everytime I come in the store employees are kind to me and my little girls. There are a wide range of different products to choose from. They always help me if I ask. Always a great experience.
Great customer service, they have a better selection on hair and hair products there then in cleveland plenty staff members that know about hair very well organized one stop for your beauty supplies a must see place while in Columbus,Ohio.
