ve had my car detailed by other places before, but Universal Detailing in Columbus, OH is on a completely different level. The owner was incredibly thorough, friendly, and professional from start to finish. He even provided before-and-after photos, which really showed how much care and effort he put into every inch of my car.
And the fact that he did this level of work in the middle of winter? Unreal. My car looks better than it has in years — inside and out. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and it shows in the results.

First time at this place and left with great experience! My car has grey seats and so many drinks spilled on it but got it back like it was brand new!!!! I love this place and great customer service. The owner was really kind and looked after my belongings also.
