I have worked with the public my entire working life. And this was hands down the best customer service I have ever received. Steve is authentic and thorough and such a nice person. Ken was our delivery driver for each pick up and move and he kept in touch and was very professional. I know there are many other services that provide units like this for moving but you’d be making a mistake to not use this business. Can’t beat locally owned and supporting a local business is always a plus 👍🏼
Twice in the last year I have had the pleasure of doing business with Units Moving & Portable Storage of Columbus. The first time I used them was to prepare for a yard sale since the house was busting at the seams with too much stuff. I had such a wonderful experience that I just knew that the next time I moved I would use them again. The technician that delivered and then picked up the unit and moved it to our new home was wonderful and provided excellent communication. When I had to delay my actual move to the new house by a couple of days Steve and his team were very quick to accommodate my new schedule.
