They were amazing! Had a horrible experience for like 4 hours at the ubreak in Gahanna (had insurance and everything go through but they couldn’t fix the phone because of a system error in store). Cut my losses there and went into the University district one and they were top tier. Got my phone in super quick and got it done by the end of the day. Amazing management and techs! I would recommend them to anyone that would listen.
Solved my problem with my Xbox series x in a timely manner. They told me that the disk drive was broken and needed to be replaced. They gave me a time frame for when the part would arrive and how long it would take to install once the part was received. If I have another problem with any device I will definitely give them another try!
Zach has the best customer service that I’ve seen in years very friendly lots of information very knowledgeable about his job. Definitely returning customer. I’m gonna tell all my friends have my phone fixed within 2 1/2 hours and I’m so happy forever grateful thank you Zach.
