Jim was so responsive and reliable. His services and prices were just as promised. He was upfront about a few stubborn long-standing stains that we had probably not fully coming out due to out material. Wished we would’ve used him sooner. Absolutely amazing work! Jim is a super great guy and does a very good job. Very up front about prices, quick to respond to emails. My couch probably hasn't looked as good as it does now since it was purchased.
