Received a gift certificate for a 60 minute float. Was very unsure as I have a fear of water and enclosed spaces. Wow! I had a great time and truly relaxed. Looking forward to another float.
I would highly suggest to the managers and owners to frame the appointments as starting when the orientation is.
A 5:30 appointment that starts at 5:00 due to orientation? Makes no sense, just say you have a 5:00 appointment like pretty much everywhere else in existence, because that is how people will schedule their days.
I had an amazing first experience with Float and I owe it all to Gidget. She was so friendly and professional. She made sure that all of my wants and needs were taken care of. I felt so welcomed by her and Frankie. I felt pampered, taken care of, and respected. I can't wait to go back!
