The whole experience was just AMAZING from the fast response to their ad to the fast and detailed cleaning. Marina, who schedule my service, was so friendly and extremely helpful. Marina were able to get me in super fast with a 2 day turn around. My cleaning window was 1 - 4 pm and Chris arrive right at 1 pm. Chris was so friendly, professional and his attention to detail was impressive. I had 6 areas cleaned, which included the 3 upstairs bedrooms, hallway and stairs/landing and two 8 x 10 area rugs and he was finished in 45 minutes. Thank you True Clean Carpet & Tile!! Sales rep Marina was very helpful and understanding, technician Devin C. was very informative, professional, and friendly. Devin brought my carpet back to life, I was not expecting the results that he delivered. He made the carpet look new.
