Trini Foundation is one of those organizations doing a huge amount of good in the world. I was a scholarship recipient from this org and being involved absolutely saved my life and gave me the tools and community I needed to turn my life around. The teachers and organizations members have made me feel seen and supported more than anywhere else. They are opening a sober living house for women in Columbus, OH and I can’t wait to see how they are able to positively impact the Columbus community and continue to change lives for the better.

I found my way to the Trini foundation through my own personal recovery. I have a passion for teaching those that suffer from addiction the traditional practice of Ashtanga Yoga and through the training I now teach in multiple treatment facilities and have seen multiple live transformed through access to services that Trini foundation provides. I am forever grateful for the opportunities afforded to me through recovery and yoga and service through Trini. Thank you!

The leaders of the program are not only knowledgeable and experienced in yoga and mindfulness, but they also personally practice a solid recovery program.
