I'm giving 5 stars to Cathy only which is chair 4. She does nails. The little old lady I think is her mother, does my feet. The only time I'm unsatisfied is if other people work on me. Old lady gets down on them feet too but she is heavy handed. ..lol

I just want to say my nails where not up to par i got them done last Sunday my thumb nail cracked my stones came off also there were apecs of some sort on each of my nails just terrible so i went back today and they have great customer service they fixed them With no problem thank you for fixing my nails and giving excellent customer service
Stylist: The issue was resolved the 2nd time thank you

Went here for the first time with my girls and we've found our favorite nail salon. The service was great and everyone was so friendly.On a side note, I don't know who needs to hear this, but tip your service people. My daughters and I got mani pedis and tipped as we usually do... These sweet ladies were so surprised and thankful.As one of my daughters said, "They touch your toes, if that's not worth at least a $5 tip, I don't know what is." Needless to say, this is where we'll be having our girls' day spa day appointments from now on.
