I dropped in today for 12PM Free Flow with Colleen G—and I’m sure glad I did! Class was wonderful. Super creative, inspired sequencing and the playlist was ethereal??
The space itself is beautiful, not too tiny but also not cavernous and there’s excellent natural lighting.
I think the central Clintonville location is pretty convenient too—I don’t live in the neighborhood, but because the studio is right off high street within close proximity to the intersection of North Broadway/315, it’s quite easy for me to commute from Northwest Columbus!
I’m looking forward to taking more classes here in the near future for sure! ☯️

Barb's hand and heart are truly gifts to this world. She answers all your questions and listens to your concerns. Addresses the discomfort and pain and just makes you feel better, cared for, lighter, more joyful. Barb has so much knowledge and wisdom to share. Your needs are her priority and she has so many resources to share for other things too. I always feel so relaxed and all tensions gone when I get up off that table. I literally have to peel myself away. The space is very comfortable and cute! She even has a huge jar of delicious honey available, too!
