The James Outpatient Care is a state‑of‑the‑art center that offers comprehensive care in one location, from diagnosis through treatment to survivorship. The 385,000‑square‑foot facility houses eight operating rooms, multiple cancer‑specific clinics, and central Ohio’s first proton therapy center in partnership with Nationwide Children’s Hospital. Research space is also available. Patients report efficient, professional, great care. Staff are very assistive and ready to answer any needs. A valet parking attendant, keys, and front desk staff help from the moment of arrival to the end of a visit. Gentle, generous, thoughtful care is provided from the 5th‑floor front desk to blood work, checkup, consultation, and injection. BCG infusion center nurses give the best care and go beyond to make patients comfortable. The center is praised for its caring, helpful, intelligent staff, especially for patients with Multiple Myeloma. The team is medically driven, not monetary pursuers, and is described as the finest people on earth. All together, The James Outpatient Care delivers personalized services, advanced treatment, and heartfelt support.
What can I say? Beginning with a valet parking attendant, taking my keys to being ushered out from my test and visit with my doctor, I must say these are the finest people on earth, who truly and I mean truly, care for their patients I have been going there for at least 78 years and there are no fire, physicians, nurses, technicians, or other staff that can exceed the kindness these people exuberant as they care for each and every one of us. I truly thank God that I left my local cancer position and saw the care from Dr. Edmund Folrfac And his staff. At James,, they are medically, driven not monetary pursuers

OSU cancer center is the best. I have dealt with Multiple Myeloma and I cannot imagine being anyplace else! So caring and helpful. I was treated in another state for a couple of months and coming back to the James you realize how much more intelligent and caring they all are. From the Dr to the entire staff.
