DJ and Alex were very professional and did a wonderful job replacing our old tub with a new shower. We live in a small house and they did everything without any problems and fixed any issues that occurred and took the time to explain what they did. Took them less than 8 hours to complete and cleaned up afterwards as well. 5 stars and totally recommend
We took our shower out on Sunday July 13,25. We were scheduled for a walk in shower install for Monday July 14,25. But the wrong shower pan was ordered. Tim took care of the situation and our shower was installed on Tuesday July 15,25. The installers DJ and Alex were awesome and done a great job. The shower looks great and we are both very pleased with it. I also have to give kudos to Jeff the salesman. He offered us a night at a hotel (his expense) for the irritation of the delay. Thank you Bath Authority.
