We called them out due to evidence of mice. They explained what they were seeing in detail, so we hired them for monthly maintenance. When they came out for the initial treatment, they were super communicative, explained every step, and were very efficient. They went above and beyond, including de-webbing of the house! Plus, they were not cost effective than some of their competitors.

He provides timely communication and considerate, excellent service while on my property. I have complete confidence in his ability to keep my home pest free. He sends me a text message 24-48 hours before my scheduled service and asks if I have any specific concerns. He is always here during the designated window and does an excellent job of de-webbing my outdoor house trim. Joy Pagan is a real asset to Terminix!
