Ordered for my daughter’s birthday. The arrangement was horrible, looked like they grabbed weeds, slapped them in a vase and threw a bow around it. Some flowers had begun wilting. I’ve shown several individuals what was delivered and they began laughing hysterically. I understand having to replace some flowers but this mess? Tried to dispute and they said we have pictures, nothing was wrong with arrangement. First photo is what was delivered , second is what was requested.Do not recommend them or Avas florist, the company I ordered through. They shouldn’t allow this florist to represent them.

First time ordering and these are by far the best flowers I have got in a long time. Today is day 6, I waited to see if/how the flowers would open. Impressive!! See my day 6 photo. Thank you!!

I ordered an arrangement of flowers for a friend through 1-800 Flowers on Thursday last week. I informed 1-800 Flowers that I needed the flowers to be delivered to our business address no later than 4pm because that's when our office closes. They said that they would reach out to the florist and let them know. Their delivery driver finally called me and told me that he dropped the flowers off at the front door of the business at 4:45pm. There wasn't much I could do because I don't live in the area to go and pick them up. He didn't even offer to take them back to the shop and deliver them the following day.
