I could not be any more pleased. Jeff did an amazing job. He cleaned our carpets and bathroom tile (removing stains and making things look almost new). He is punctual, professional, detail-oriented and incredibly friendly. It isn't "just a job" for Jeff, as I can tell that he genuinely cares about his customers. Recently needed carpet cleaned in 3 rooms and called Surface Master for help. A quick response was followed by fast scheduling and subsequently excellent service. Jeff was professional and very personable. This will be my "go to" company from now on for carpet cleaning. I understand that he also does power washing which will be my next project.
