Ordered a full cord of wood for indoor fireplace, not sure that it’s an actual full cord given the size of the pile but also almost half of it is wet or too wet to be able to burn indoors so now we will have to buy even more fire wood to use this year.

I've been ordering firewood from Sullivan Tree Service for years and have always had a good experience. I just ordered firewood in June 2024 and for the first time I had a small service issue. I reported the issue and it was resolved on the same day I reported it. I never expected that but now feel more comfortable than ever for ordering firewood from Sullivan. Updated: Improved experience second time around.I ordered half a cord of "seasoned" wood online (paid up front) and immediately received a response stating scheduling was occurring. After 2 weeks of no update, I replied asking for one, or a refund. I did not receive a response, but that afternoon a less-than-enthused guy showed up with a pick up full of wood. Every last piece was soaked through, some of it, clearly still green, and not burnable.2 weeks later- one response from company was to "give it a week." Another response was that of course it would be replaced and I'm still here with the same wood that still doesn't burn right.
