Honestly, I have no idea what kind of a day other people are having, but I got some of THE BEST customer service when I stopped by Strader's today. I was greeted, approached, and asked if I needed help by every employee I saw. Not only that I had questions about a variety of different plants (Yucca, Monstera, Bonsai, Succulents, Begonias, and more) and every person I spoke to was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and informative! I forgot the lovely blonde gentleman's name, but he and a coworker with shorter teal hair and glasses were amazing and answered all my questions and gave plenty of encouragement and advice. I live in Southeast Ohio and was visiting my daughter when we stopped in this spring. I purchased the most beautiful Heliotope and they are huge now and were such healthy plants! ❤️ I will be back soon! ~Pam Alexander

I went to look for a certain hanging flower basket they didn’t have it exactly but Dory helped me find what I was looking for!!!! I am not sure if I spelled the name right but that should be close. I came from Groveport area and will take the drive there.
