On 12/30/25 Kevin and Aaron from StarTec Security came out to inspect and test our church's fire alarm system.
Aaron was headed to the roof to look for an in-duct smoke detector and I requested he not use an impact driver to put the panel sheet metal screws back in because they could be too easily stripped by an impact driver. Aaron did not hesitate and simply complied with that request. Kevin followed that lead.

I would absolutely recommend StarTec Security for any and all home security needs. Phil provided a comprehensive plan to update our home security system and pointed out several gaps in our old security system during his walk through.
