I have a very high expectation for customer service and quality and Jay by far went well over my highest standard. He communicated every step very clearly before starting and eased back when I asked. He is an amazing massotherypist with a talent like no other. I will be back again and again!

I wanted to give a very positive review for my experience with Jay. I had a back issue that was going on and I went to Jay for some desperately needed help. He was very knowledgeable and helped relief some of the pain. He also was more than willing to work with my doctor in case there was anything special that he could do to help the situation. My schedule hasn't worked for me to get back to see Jay but my back issue has been solved and Jay had a lot to do with that process. I hope to schedule soon with Jay and I look forward to the positive experience. Mike
