My family was in the process of buying a new home, and the builder, MI Homes, was not being honest about the finances that were required. My wife and I had Tier 1 credit, and we were putting 20 Percent down on the purchase. The MI Homes finance representative was awful!She initially tried to give us a very high interest rate, and kept raising the rate each time I would call back to get more information on “why” the rate was rising.I obtained Attorney Tom Somos, and he was phenomenal! Tom was a nice guy, very professional and always willing to answer questions. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the troubles I had with his office staff obtaining the correct documents in a timely fashion. I ended up having to do most of the legwork on my paperwork, but in the end he was flexible with my payout since he knew I had been furloughed due to the pandemic.
Tom Somos helped me after being an automobile’s accident. It was a lengthy battle like most cases are and he was able to help me get what was needed from being injured. He was excellent to work with!!
