Despite this, customers consistently leave with shiny and clean cars. The lot can feel cramped when busy, leading to minor inconveniences while vacuuming. Overall, SmartWash receives positive feedback for its efficient service and cleanliness, making it a preferred choice for car washes in the area, especially when nearby competitors are crowded.
In efforts to take market share away from Moo Moo, I have decided to thoughtfully write this review. I can only speak to the touchless system.
For starters, the menu is easy to understand and paying is easy. Don’t like to be pressured by a Moo Moo employee to sign up for a membership? Come here!
It’s never busy when I come. I’ve only had a one car wait. The sharp wash ($14) is awesome and I would suggest this for the triple foam. The experience of a car wash is to see your vehicle cleaned up via fun soap. This is essential. The basic wash here is mediocre since there’s little soap action which you would also experience with Moo Moo.

Car wash itself is great but they really need to do something about the ice at the exit. After my wash I slid right out into the road, luckily the driver coming down the road was paying attention or else I would’ve gotten T boned right after my nearly $20 car wash. We pay enough here to have the exit de-iced
Former Moo Moo customer here - I live around the Grandview area and this car wash is very close by to the Moo Moo so getting there is just as easy for me. I like the multi locations of Moo Moo, but I only really needed the one near me and used the other ones if I happened to pass them.
Smart Wash being open 24 hours is a huge plus for me because Moo Moo gets way too crowded during times that wouldn't normally be peak rush hours. Smart wash rarely has had a line from my experience, I am often next in line or first when I roll up.
