We are about to start our 3rd project with Scott Hall Remodeling. Our first was a remodel of our primary bathroom, the second was the complete overhaul of our first floor including our kitchen, dining space, great-room and powder room. Our next project will be converting a walkout level storage space into a workout room. I can’t even begin to describe how thrilled we are with the impact of our first two projects. We could never have imagined our home, which we’ve lived in for 13 years, looking as beautiful as it does. After spending more time than we’d like to admit trying to find a remodeler that could fit our needs, we came across SHR working in our neighborhood. After meeting with Bryn, we realized they truly fit the “sweet spot” of alternatives. Most remodelers were either limited to handling the construction aspect of projects like ours or sold “design capabilities” as part of their package to justify extremely high prices. Scott Hall’s pricing was fair and their designer, Callie, had the perfect demeanor - listening to our taste and preferences and delivering options that fit our style and objectives. Both projects ran on time, and our project manager was incredible. He started everyday by 8:30am and finished up by cleaning and organizing the workspace by 4:30pm - 4:45pm. He treated our home as if it was his own and even made suggestions for improvements that we otherwise wouldn’t have caught. In all we couldn’t have asked for a better experience both times, as demonstrated by our decision to work with SHR again.

Scott Hall remodeling did our kitchen and master bath. We cannot be more pleased with the entire process. The best thing about Scott Hall are the people. From Bonnie and Bryn who defined the process and designed our vision to Dan, who as our project manager, turned our vision into reality they were all extremely professional and competent. By the way, you MUST have Dan as your project Manager. We gave him a key and never regretted it. He became like family. He is friendly, detail oriented and his craftsmanship is second to none. Scott Hall is a fantastic company and they really understand customer service and they deliver on their designs with a high quality product. If six stars were and option we would give them ten. Thanks Scott Hall! Great job.

We found Scott Hall Remodeling through internet searches and are so very glad we did! They just finished up a significant kitchen remodel that included taking a wall out to open up into the living room. In every aspect they were incredibly professional. Bryn was the first team member we met and stayed with us throughout the project. He was FANTASTIC! The construction team members were superb as well. The quality of their work was superb. Additionally, they kept the worksite cleaner than any worksite I have experienced (and I have seen many). Now, there was some dust in the house, but compared to my expectations it was minimal. Austin took on managing the project early on and did a superb job keeping in touch and letting us know what was happening. The COVID hit towards the end of our project and we were worried that the kitchen would not be operational before the stay-at-home order went into effect. They listened to our concerns and worked diligently to get the appliances installed just in time. Then, once the order was in place, they took all the necessary measures to keep our family safe while finishing up the project. I will set some expectations up front and these don't apply to just Scott Hall. Do not expect workers to be on-site every single day. It is a real challenge to schedule the different trades to come into the site. Because of this, there may be some days where nothing happens. My wife wasn't too happy when that happened, but it is the reality of any construction project. One other warning. It takes many weeks to go from making a decision on who to use and the beginning of the project. If a contractor is available immediately, you need to think about why that is. We had to wait a few months to get Scott Hall to our home but it was worth the wait! Overall, we couldn't be any happier with Scott Hall. If I could give 10 stars I would!
