Today I had a consultation with Attorney Schottenstein and I was so positively impacted by our session that I feel the need to write this review. Despite it being late in the evening, I never felt rushed by Mr. Schottenstein, and he was incredibly patient while I reviewed my legal matter. His tone was always warm and emphatic and his feedback and advice were given completely selflessly. I can sense his honesty and would most definitely recommend his legal services to others.
Even though I called his offices, and asked a question unrelated to what Mr. Schottenstein does, he took the time out and answered my question. He’s kindhearted, and cares for this community. Mr. Schottenstein’s is an awesome person. Thank you, Mr. Schottenstein.
Schottenstein was forthcoming with info on initial call. And he helped me sort through my options and confirmed my intuition, helping me frame my frustration in an action-oriented way Buyers scheduled closing then said the construction costs would exceed the bank's appraisal. Being the third extension of the closing, the second one happening the day of closing, I was livid, but didn't know what recourse I actually had, and how I should respond. Schottenstein explained how the contract worked and what should have happened, and what he would do if he were me. He was also very open about whether he could help me out not.
