I recently thought I had a bed bug problem and since I've lived in my apartment for 2 years landlord said I had to resolve. Called Rose Pest and Nick came out for an inspection. Very professional, courteous, and conscientious. He quickly diagnosed they were in an odd spot for bed bugs and found a dead one and took to be evaluated under microscope. He then let me know it was actually a bat bug and we needed to get the landlord involved because you have to get rid of the bat problem first. This meant the landlord was actually responsible and saved me a great deal of peace of mind. Overall, if I ever have a pest issue I need to deal with myself I'll call Rose Pest first.
