Rodgers waterproofed our basement 39 years ago. So when a problem came up recently we called them back. Without a hesitation, they fixed, repaired and made better than new our basement drainage system. They stand by their lifetime guarantee. A rare thing in today's economy. Rogers did some work on our basement more than a decade ago, during which our experience was fantastic. This most recent experience when needing their help was no different, just excellence all-around.
I called yesterday during the early evening, left a voicemail and by 9 o'clock this morning Nick (from Rogers) called back and was at the house within 30 minutes to take care of the problem caused by a disconnected downspout.
