Had a horrible experience with this company. The driver was very unprofessional. Didn't reply to texts and when he called he was rude and hung up on me. I am severely disappointed in this company.

Dates kept getting pushed back for pick up. Literally 5 times. Then tried to move the pick up by hours at 1am. Driver hadad an attitude during pickup. During drop off l driver wouldn't listen to instructions to make drop off easier,just hung up on us multiple times. Driver was also rude during drop off. This company will never see another penny from us or anyone we know.

I have never written a review in my life and usually don't like to put anyone down but this has to be said. Never use this company! I regret every moment of having my car shipped with them. They charged more than the initial quote, and lied about being a broker not a transport company themselves. They hire the cheapest hot shot possible, who then will not answer a call 4 days after pickup. I got vague texts back after several calls and messages. I then tried contacting road runner who only wanted to get me off the phone saying they will call 2-3 hours before drop off. Finally got a hold of the carrier.
