steve smith your so very right. I as well worked for the company rsi.even thou an employee documented our eleven hour day,they only wanted to pay four hrs.they do work for major corporations like taco bell and the cheesecake factories...so no wonder they don't think they have to pay just because they say it wasn't documented.that must be how they do business in ohio...go dawgs

I did 3 jobs for this company. The jobs overlapped one another. So I was not aware until I was in to deep that they do not like to pay their sub-contractors. I have fought and fought with them to get paid since April of 2013, it is now August. I had to end up calling the construction manager for a national restaurant chain to get things moving to get paid. They do not have set forms, dates or a procedure to get paid, it is as if they wing it as the go. THE ABSOLUTE WORST CONTRACTOR I HAVE EVER WORKED FOR. If you want paid for the work you've done don't work for them.
