Olivia & Rachel are such funny, kind, and welcoming people. You can really tell that Olivia is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. She has been doing my hair for almost two years now and I always leave so pleased. I love that they use organic sustainable products that are good for my hair and the planet. Yay.
Their shampoo bowl is literally the most comfortable & least awkward shampoo bowl in the city. 10/10
I have been going to Olivia at Ramo Salon since 2017, and I truly can’t imagine trusting anyone else with my hair. She is incredibly talented, always listens to what I want, and somehow makes my hair look even better than I imagined every single time. Beyond being amazing at what she does, she is warm, professional, and makes every appointment feel like catching up with a friend. The entire salon has such a welcoming, elevated vibe. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and consistently delivers beautiful results, Olivia is the best!
