I had a new panel installed and the experience was great. From the first call to the end. Dan was great and moved things around to come look at the project same day. Mark was so polite and friendly while installing the new panel. I will for sure use them again if needed

Living in North Carolina, trying to find a good quality Electrical Company to replace the electrical panel in my son's newly acquired home. I thought would be about impossible. Quality Electric was highly recommended in Yelp reviews. So were several more companies. Quality Electric stood out more the others. Charlie was prompt, thorough, and customer friendly. He took his time and looked the whole project over and gave me a very fair estimate to do the work. He even was able to get us on the schedule when we would be back in town. I recently had Quality Electric install an EV charger in my garage, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish.
My journey began when Charlie, the owner himself, came out to provide the estimate. I was impressed that he personally handled the initial consultation. Charlie clearly knew his stuff about EV charger installations, taking the time to thoroughly explain the entire process and answer all my questions.
