My name is Marina Pindyk. I have used the services of this agency for 10 years. But after the management changed, everything became terrible. The people working in the office are not professionals. Nobody can solve any problem. Due to the bad work of the agency, I lost my care. Now I'm looking for another agency. Stay as far away from him as possible.

If I could give a review with zero stars I would. I hope I never have to deal with this company again. I only dealt with them because Altimate home care closed which was WAY BETTER treatment. I’m maybe 2 months out of their care now, and I can honestly say they made no significant difference or impact on my progress after my car crash, which crushed my legs. The lady who supposedly owns it, Jamie, was very impersonal about EVERYTHING and made it hard to even communicate with her. These are not very personable people.
