The customer service is amazing and my nails look fabulous and real . My feet are the softest they have been in years now . I would highly recommend this spa. The jelly pedicure was crazy with steam too! Wow love love love this place

Always trust Nina and Platinum Family to deliver. As per usual, I was very indecisive and they were very patient. I also had some difficult nails (again) and they were able to remove it effortlessly and painlessly (local shops have always resulted in some level of pain due to brittle or previous thick application.) I got color changing and chrome nails for the first time and I love it!!
