I have had a great experience with the Columbus Ohio branch. Diamond is always available to help when needed. She has followed up on orders after hours to make sure we have what we need on the jobsites. She has a very please disposition. It is always nice speaking with her. We have yet to experience a bad worker on site. I wish all locations ran like this one.
I am writing this to give a massive shoutout to Diamond, the branch manager at the Graceland location. From the moment I interacted with her, her energy was radiating like the sun! She provided absolutely the best experience I have ever had at PeopleReady. Diamond is professional, incredibly welcoming, and brings a positive vibe that completely sets the standard for excellent customer service. PeopleReady is lucky to have her leading the Graceland branch!
