I just went to Paloma for the first time after receiving a gift card and I was so so excited to try it out. I loved everything about the experience from start to finish. The front end staff was so kind and welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. I booked the 60 minute Swedish massage and it was a truly wonderful experience. Akasha is a phenomenal service provider and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire service. She asked me about any problem areas and made sure to check in about the pressure being applied throughout the service. She has magic in her hands I swear! I just had a baby & my sister booked us a massage knowing I was in desperate need!! The staff listened to my needs/wants, and were very sensitive to my feelings/physical condition being freshly postpartum. I had a wonderful experience here. The massage was amazing, the atmosphere is calming, the staff were all welcoming and friendly. Will be returning soon!!

Tyler is amazing!!! Gave me the best massage, targeted all my problem areas, and even gave me at home care to do after? wish I could give 10 stars. Ashlynn gave us the full tour of the facility and it’s a beautiful store with so much to offer! Will be back soon :)
