Courtney is an absolute godsend! I had been struggling with severe muscle tightness after trying to get back into a workout routine post-cervical fusion and after one deep tissue massage I gained so much range of motion back! I'm working out and riding my bike with very little limitations thanks to her. It's by far the best deep tissue I've ever had and my mobility improves after every session. If deep tissue isn't your thing, they've got a wide variety of options and the whole staff is incredible. If you're need of a massage get yourself and appointment at Paloma!

I was always nervous about getting a massage but was given a gift certificate, and it's a life changing experience! I was also in very good hands with massage therapist Kay, who is so delightful and knows her stuff.

The desk staff I've met are also wonderful and will offer you cucumber, mint or other herb-infused water before your massage starts. It's a kind treat for yourself, especially if you work with the public or have a physically or mentally taxing job. In this crazy, rapid-paced world of ours, this is a nice respite!

Got my first ever facial done by Lilly and it was so relaxing. She was very educated and I felt completely comfortable the entire time. Not to mention my skin feels amazing and is so glowy! The rest of the stuff were very welcoming and even gave me a tour of their amazing space. I definitely will be coming back!
