I share a mutual client with options and I have to say I was SO IMPRESSED this morning with the caregiver that I relieved! Cylah was AMAZING! She had breakfast prepared waiting for when our client woke up, she shared stories of engagement from the previous evening and went above and beyond taking care of tasks. I could tell that she truly does care about her patients and lives her job! Options did an amazing job placing Cylah with our client, I look forward to seeing her again!

Options has been a life saver with mom in these difficult times of myself not being able to be there as much as I would like. The communication with the Care Manager has been so wonderful. They have made this experience a lot less stressful for me and always make sure mom is doing well and they check up on me as well which makes me feel so grateful. Options and all staff has been a blessing to me. The care that has been received has been nothing but wonderful. My care manager makes sure all of my needs are met and I am beyond grateful for the care that has been given.
