One of the best places I've ever worked! I've been with the company for a year now and absolutely love my job. I love the owner, Sagar as well as Brigid, the office manager. Our superiors are more than willing to supply us with what we need to care for our patients, as well as opportunities for further trainings and growth. They're incredibly understanding and accomodating, even when there's a poor connection with a patient and we require reassignment. OSHH absolutely puts the care of patients first, but employees come second and both receive quality attention to help us thrive. This agency is very passionate about serving its community my sister in laws husband is a patient there and he always speaks about this agency in a very high standard I would definitely recommend anyone in the greater Ohio area to onboard with OSHHC.
