As a walk-in facility, appointments are not necessary, and patients are guaranteed to be seen the same day. The office is conveniently located with a COTA bus stop and a large parking lot. The friendly staff ensures a welcoming atmosphere, answering questions and putting patients at ease. The healthcare team is professional, courteous, and dedicated to providing excellent care. Patients appreciate the attention they receive, particularly veterans who have benefited from the center's efforts to prolong their health. While the pharmacy may take some time, the staff is always nice and helpful. Overall, Ohio Health Center is a reliable and caring healthcare provider.
This will be my 3rd year bringing my children here for a physical, and each time the staff was very kind and inviting. The brown skin lady at the front desk with glasses was very understanding patient and kind to us. I watched her use the same attitude to everyone she spoke to and it was very well appreciated!
I did my review on the wrong part of the clinic. But I have been coming to Dr.Newman forever he started off at an clinic on Cleveland ave. I was 17 i seen him until he retired. But I still come here, so that's enough to be said. I love all of the old staff and I love the new staff as well Dr.David and Dr.Carol they listen to you and that's what I love about the doctors. His medical staff is also great always nice. Even though some of the people that come here are rude disrespectful. They still remain respectful and that says a lot.
I had an emergency with a cap comming off very mate last night. I made it a point to be here when they opened because the issue was in the front of my mouth. To top it off, I have a medical procedure today. They took care of me with no hassle and this is my third visit with them. DID I MENTION THAT O AM AN 18 YR VET. They do amazong things to prolong our health here. If you are a Veteran or someone who needs help, don't be fooled by what you see outside. EVERYONE is professional, courteous, and they tend to Trevor's your worry about your smile.THANK YOU TEAM!
