I had an excellent recent experience with Dr. Fleming and Ohio ENT. The clinic was able to help me schedule a same-day appointment for an urgent situation so I didn’t have to go to an ER or an Urgent Care facility. My wait time once at the clinic was maybe five minutes or less. All the staff were great. My wait time once in the exam room was minimal.
Dr Fleming was professional, cordial and personable. He listened carefully to me explained why I was there. He asked questions to make sure he understood my situation. He did a thorough exam, explained what he saw going on and explained what he was prescribing, why he was prescribing it and how to use the medication....read full review
