Very large waiting area. Friendly reception by the front office. Dr. Hall was very concerned about my health and I was satisfied with his diagnosis. I was very impressed with the whole experience.
The staff before going to Dr Spiess were professional and helpful. Dr. Spiess was very friendly and listened to what I said. He looked into my nasal cavity and explained why I might have nasal drip. He understood what I meant about a swallowing problem I’d had in the past and, the main reason I made this appointment, discussed my voice that has been a concern; another appointment has been scheduled to look at my throat/vocal cords. I wasn't feeling well after my post op. Dr. Powell has great bedside manner! Helped calm me down, got me tissue, came up with a plan, and assured me I would feel better. Highly recommend, especially if you have anxiety, he is great at talking you though everything!
