Writing this review for the kind and sweet woman named Kim that I met here. I was visiting from out of town for a photoshoot when I realized the brand new outfit I bought was not sewn properly. Panic set in as I only had 2 hours to fix it. I called multiple places in the Columbus area, but NW Cleaners was the only one that would listen to my story and welcomed me in right away. Upon showing the damaged band on the bra to Kim, she was skeptical because I had made the mistake of trying to fix it myself with fabric glue. What a sweet woman ❤️ I am a concert performer and pianist and I needed somewhere quick to dry clean my dress. I was so surprised how quickly it was cleaned. It only took a day before I received a confirmation message. She is very efficient and the pricing is a steal! My dress looks and smells so much better. I will be bringing all my attire to her from now on!
This was my first visit here, we live very close. I had about 16 items that needed cleaned including my wedding shirt which had an entirely sweat stained collar. The owner was so kind and talked me through the whole process (first time) as if I was a weekly regular and sent me a text as soon as everything was ready. I picked it up and everything including the wedding shirt looked brand new. I also had a couple very sensitive items that I showed her and she made sure to take extra precaution. Highly recommend!
