They are a sober living program they help with food stamps social security clothes you live in a house with other people go to class transportation supplied go to AA meetings they let you keep your cigarettes and vapes you turn your phone in at 12pm when you go to bed and get it at 6am when you pose to get up for meds most staff either had substance or mental health disorders
It works if you work it! When I finally made the decision to get sober, and I was actually at the point where I was ready to change my life, Next Step recovery guided me on a pass that I’m still on till this day. I personally lived here for months and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I got taught a play book by world class, instructors, and mentors about how to manage my life during and after recovery, tools that I could use in the real world and friends, that I consider family that I still know till this day. I thank God for Next Step Recovery!
Next Step is amazing. I've been to a couple of different recovery places, and no one cared as much as the staff at Next Step. They saved my life and guided me to a better state of mind so that I could succeed in life. I have a lot of social anxiety and was terrified when I first arrived at the house, but with the culture of brotherhood they foster, I felt at home the first day. I will be forever grateful to Mr Kevin Mr Gene and Ms Cheryl and the rest of the staff for everything they did for me.
